Sijin and Daeyeong catch a motorcycle thief. Sijin meets a female doctor, Moyeon, and falls in love.

Sijin's first date with Moyeon doesn't go smoothly. Moyeon goes to Uruk for a medical service activity.

Sijin and Moyeon meet again in Uruk. Sijin recognizes her right off the bat and has mixed feelings.

Moyeon feels conflicted in Medicube. Daeyeong and Myeongju bump into each other at the Uruk Airport.

Sijin meets Agus, and Myeongju comes to Uruk. Sijin gets a call from Moyeon asking for his help.

Sijin returns to Korea, and a strong earthquake sweeps over Uruk, leaving everybody in a dire situation.

Sijin and Moyeon encounter an obstacle while they're trying to help the victims of the earthquake.

Sijin tries to rescue Minjae, but he is put in danger by Mr. Jin, who tries to get Agus' diamond.

Sijin chases after Moyeon, who tries to run away from him. Lieutenant Yun comes to Uruk unexpectedly.

Moyeon occupies herself by treating kids with measles. All the painkillers in Medicube disappear.

Myeongju contracts measles, and there isn't medicine. Moyeon tries to stop the police from arresting Fatima.

Sijin infiltrates Agus' hideout, and Daeyeong can't dismiss his anxiety about Sijin's solo operation.

Moyeon gives the hospital director a resignation letter. Those who remain in Uruk get an order to transfer.

Sijin is injured, and Moyeon tries to save him. Captain An Jeongjun, heavily injured, refuses to be treated.

Daeyeong and Myeongju are still in conflict with each other. Sijin participates in a long-term operation.

The period of separation is coming to an end for the two couples, but their future is still uncertain.
