Meet families who spend almost all their weekends pursuing their passion—racing go karts. Gold Star Racing brings kids and parents together as young racers and elder pit crews work side by side to prepare kart and driver for all out competition.

Traveling at speeds of up to 70 miles per hour, inches away from competitors, these kids are race drivers in every sense. With Mom and Dad turning wrenches, taking lap times and changing tires, there's drama in every race.

The final national series at Lowes Speedway in Charlotte, North Carolina, is the biggest race of the year, and all the best racing families are here. POV cameras and helmet cams equipped for sound capture the drama around the track.
