Ani & Dani

Ani's first day of kindergarten is here, but she's not so sure about it. To help her out, her family comes up with a fun idea: Ani pretends to be her big brother Dani in a playful game, convincing "Ani" (played by Dani) why kindergarten is awesome. Through this role-switch, Ani's worries melt away, and she's ready to dive into her new adventure!

Dani is scared of his table night lamp, seeing it as a monster in the dark. Unable to sleep, he disturbs Ani too. Their mother tells a fairy tale about a kind but unlit lamp who becomes a hero in a football game with giant street lamps. The story helps Dani see that his own lamp isn't scary at all. Comforted, Dani's fear fades, and he finally sleeps soundly.

Dani and Ani argue over the Spaceman Teddy Bear, once Dani's favorite but now Ani's. At kindergarten, Ani pushes a friend who takes her toy. Her parents teach her about sharing but overlook her attachment. On a hike, Ani lends her dad's camera to a stranger, upsetting him and showing that sharing isn't always best.
