A film adaptation of “Khosrow and Shirin”, a 12th-century Persian tale, is shown to an audience of more than 110 celebrated actresses, all Iranian except for one from France. Though the film is invisible, the faces of the women watching the show tell the story as they gaze upon the heroine.
