Doc and Damon have been friends since they were kids. The hood where they grew up was infested with crime. In an effort to reduce some of the crime or at least capitalize on it they teamed up to collect the rewards offered by the victim's families and/or the police. Nightmare was caught but lawyers got him off. First thing on Nightmare's agenda was to find the snitches that squealed on him.
