Singles Villa

Ke Xin, an illustrator, is dumped by fiancé on the day for her wedding photo shoot. Sheung Yu, a children's book writer with an alias, goes to see Ke Xin for the new book. He saves Ke Xin when she falls from the window accidentally. Sheung Yu is a bachelor, dislike marriage. as his aunt, Zhou Mei Ren's recommendation, He lives in Singles Villa at which any romantic relationship is prohibited.

Sheung Yu promises to keep her secret on the condition that she illustrates his new book so Ke Xin accepted it. They keep bickering but become closer. A former detective, Mr. Lee is one of the neighbors at Single villa. He used to be in charge of the case of a serial killer, "Viper." He is still looking for him after his retirement.

One day, Kexin meets her ex-fiancé, Haotian, and finds out his gamophovia. One rainy night, Kexin gets a note from her stalker, to meet him in the woods. Shengyu followed her because he got worried. She is in panic when the stalker and Shengyu get entangled. She shoots the taser gun not to the stalker, but to Shengyu by mistake so the stalker runs away and Shengyu passes out.

Mr. Lee asks Meiren to reveal that she's an owner of Singles Villa. and They spend one night together. The next day, Meiren announced that she is the owner of Singles Villa and JM group's director. Also, she allows Kexin to stay in Single villa. One day, Shengyu gets angry at the affectionate message that Boyuan sent Kexin, so Unbeknown to her, he erased it and He goes to his hospital.

Kexin tries to stop their fight and treats Boyuan's injured hand. Boyuan confessed Kexin that he has been in love with her and Kexin is surprised. Meanwhile, Manni devises a plot to win Shengyu's heart that She rescues him if he gets into an accident while riding the bicycle. But Kexin appears suddenly and she saves him through CPR. He gets uncomfortable so announces that he's leaving Singles Villa. Meanwhile, Mr. Lee misunderstands that Shengyu is a prime suspect of the murder 5 years ago and He arrested him with the police.

Manni confesses her love to Shengyu once more but gets rejected. Boyuan's sick in heart, watching Kexin sad. Meanwhile, at Ren Xiaoxiao's welcome party, Meiren holds "1st Singles Villa Pool Competition." Mr. Lee proposes to Meiren and asks her to go on a trip together but gets rejected. Also, Manni, who has been jealous of Kexin, locks her up in the storage.

Kexin, locked up in the storage room, finds Shengyu in there. They find out their feelings in there for two days. Meiren's cancer gets worse. She tells Manni that she doesn't need to marry Shengyu. But She cannot give up Shengyu and decides revenge. Meiren feels uneasy about Manni's attitude, so she makes her secretary to follow her. But finally, Shengyu proposes to Kexin.

Shengyu and Kexin bicker a lot but they also grow their love for each other.
