Belat lives with his mother, Fec, and his three adopted brothers Daks, Pepe, and Junjun in a close to bankruptcy carnival called Perya Wurtzbach. Belat then meets an old friend, Prince, who is looking for the lost princesses of their magical land named Fantastica. In order to revive the carnival, Belat agrees to help him save the lost princesses before evil creatures wreak havoc on Fantastica.
