Chase finds Lantry when Lance betrays Angela. Richard's reputation takes another blow when Osborne is murdered on his property.

Chase finds a clause in his grandfather's will that gives him the legal right to oust Angela from Falcon Crest. Terry worms her way into Michael's life and Lance threatens Angela and Melissa.

Angela fights to retain control of Falcon Crest, the battle over Richard's proposed racetrack goes to the polls and Lance threatens Linda's father.

Julia lapses into catatonia when Richard maliciously claims he fathered Melissa's unborn baby. Chase is driven to destroy the racetrack. Melissa makes a fatal admission during the custody hearing.

A fight between Melissa and Linda culminates in a deadly car crash. Richard and Pamela's relationship deepens despite the threat of the cartel.

Maggie discovers the cause of her dizziness and headaches, Pamela is kidnapped by the cartel and Angela exposes Terry's sordid past to Michael.

The cartel plans to make the grand opening of the racetrack into Richard's public execution. Melissa learns she can no longer have children. Terry and Michael announce their marriage, and Angela agrees to marry Phillip.
