RV Explorers

The very first episode of RV Explorers has Anne Marie and Jonathon exploring the rugged Kaikoura coastline by motorhome, quad bike and kayak. There's Blue Whales, Dolphins and of course crayfish in an area that's quickly adjusting to life after the devastating earthquake.

This week Anne Marie and Jonathon start their adventure at Pipiriki in the far reaches of the Whanganui River and visit the Bridge to Nowhere before heading south exploring the amazing historic city of Whanganui, on what turns out to be a spiritual journey down the Whanganui River.

Join Anne Marie and Jonathon as they head north to the Whangarei District. Just out of Auckland but a lifetime away it's full of culture and heritage. It's the gateway to the Tutukaka Coast and the Poor Knights Islands, one of the country's premium marine reserves.

This time on RV Explorers Anne Marie and Jonathon try out a caravan as they head to Coromandel to find some great cycle trails, feast on Coromandel oysters, immerse themselves in the warm waters at the Lost Springs, and take a stunning boat trip to Cathedral Cove.

This adventure takes Anne Marie and Jonathon to the Tararua district. It's a part of the North Island that many people don't know about but which has so many hidden treasures to offer - wild beaches, lovely waterfalls, lost highways, Christmas caves and NZ's iconic Tui brewery.

The final journey for this series see Anne Marie and Jonathon exploring the Far North by bicycle and motorhome on the Twin Coast Cycleway starting at Waitangi, the birthplace of our nation, and ending with the peaceful beauty of the Hokianga Harbour.
