An undercover police officer, Krishna (Anil Kapoor), is sent in to expose a drug ring in a village. What started as a professional job soon turns personal and Krishna finds himself empathising with the villagers. In the events that follow, the cartel head is overthrown, the villagers feel betrayed by Krishna and he is framed and arrested. Now he's back from prison and looking to set things right.
