Indian Summers

It's 1932 and Ralph Whelan and the rest of the Indian Civil Service begin the annual move to Simla, India's Little England. The doyenne of British society in Simla, Cynthia Coffin, prepares the exclusive white British Club for the summer season. But while the British cling to power, India dreams of independence.
