Erin's friend and former bandmate is recently divorced and needs to make a new start in his old home. Ben and Erin transform his spartan bachelor pad into the moody, customized house of his dreams.

Ben and Erin return to help siblings with phase two of a renovation; the project unfortunately stalled after their father passed away but now, the Napiers are back to help finish the house.
