Negative customer reviews, an unprofessional atmosphere and sky-high prices have Love on the Blu on the brink of failure, while the owner's hostile management style creates even more tension behind the scenes. When Gordon uncovers the root of the restaurant's problems, he pushes the owner to confront the changes needed to save both her business and her team.
