In the season two premiere, Josh and Chad work their negotiation skills to the max. Madison's assistant lets him down just as he secures a huge listing.

Josh has the perfect condo for Dr. Sam, but rival Chad has the listing. Chad's also got family issues and Madison is really missing his assistant.

Josh and Chad must both secure perfect houses for rich, high-strung clients. Madison lists his own home on the market, then goes on a mystery blind date.

Josh's grandmother finds him an "obituary listing," Chad tries to score a deal with an NBA star and his bossy agent, and an ex-girlfriend haunts Madison.

Arrogant clients challenge the agents. Josh wonders if real estate is the right path, Chad's big deal has a setback and a Texan tycoon torments Madison.

Josh copes with his "quarter-life" crisis, then takes on Chad, too. Madison hits a career milestone with his first double-digit listing.
