Lyndey and Blair's Taste of Greece

The Peloponnese trip begins in Athens but before they head south Lyndey and Blair visit a meat market, taste tripe soup and explore the Acropolis.

Lunch is enjoyed overlooking Ancient Corinth.

After a boat trip to Bourtzi, Blair is hungry so they enjoy a lunch at Karathonas Beach and then move on to a tour and tasting at Karonis ouzo distillery.

Thomas "Yes Please" serves Lyndey and Blair a traditional eggplant dish in a Leonidio taverna.

Blair dives into a cold spring in the Mediterranean while Lyndey learns about fisherman's soup.

Lyndey and Blair savour Kalamata olives, local sausage and souvlaki at a Kalamata market and eat chocolate-coated figs at Athanasiou Patisserie.

Lyndey times Blair as he runs the length of the original ancient stadium of Olympia, then on to Mercouri Winery, where the pair taste wines from Refosco grapes and cook lamb stuffed with traditional trachanas.

Lyndey goes back to the kitchen to demonstrate some of the food highlights from her travels through Greece.
