Uncharted Waters with Peter Miller

Peter takes his new 43-foot Invincible to meet up with Matt George to target permit and mahi-mahi in Stuart, Florida.

Peter targets the largest bluefin tuna of his life off Cape Cod, MA. Trying to best 800 pounds, he's using live bluefish and butterfish chunks for bait -- and then witnesses a feeding frenzy of giant tuna and thresher shark with Captain Damon Sacco.

Peter targets false albacore, known as "albies", up off Cape Cod with Capt. Jack and Robbie. They stop by The Port Restaurant for some epic food with Peter's old pal and restauranteur, Griffin Brackett.

Peter heads to Cabo to host the Sportfishing Championship playoffs. Along the way, he targets striped marlin with teams Lights Out and Pacific Icon aboard the 46-foot Invincible Catamaran.

Peter takes his friend and top chef, Tom Colicchio, out for sailfish and mahi-mahi off the coast of South Florida. Peter's son Maverick helps prepare mahi fingers for dinner.
