Moshen is a neighborhood reject with no known origin or family. Even into adulthood, he cannot shake his local nickname: "Bastardo." When a telecom company makes a lucrative offer in order to place relay tower on top of his house, Bastardo's luck finally changes. Making his way up both the social and financial ladder, Bastardo becomes the monarch of his hometown ghetto.
