Garrett Bradley is a reverie of images and sound that loosely follows the narratives of three people. Elliott,Leann and Jamaine, as they negotiate New Orleans neighbourhoods in search of an upward path to fulfil their dreams. As each character experiences the city's and life's realities, it becomes clear that these hopes and dreams are no longer possible, and that with change also comes sacrifice.
