Richa is a bank manager, bold and bindass girl. Gopi, an underworld don in Mumbai wants some money from Richa's bank. Somehow they make a deal for a bank robbery. After the robbery, two con artists try to outsmart each other and the police. Simultaneously, a film writer Rasik Ranjan is looking for a good story for his next project.
