Randy Quaid stars in this quirky comedy as a psychotic taxi driver who takes a young man (Frank Whaley) on a tour of New York City's ethnc districts, encompassing everything from Chinese restaurants to voodoo rituals, whilst he tries to figure out how to dispose of his date's dead dog! When his date (Christine Harnos) joins them for the ride, things turn even stranger.
