Suspended high over a dam is a 350-foot tightrope with flags attached. Contestant must cross the tightrope to collect the flags while holding on to a higher tightrope for support. Then, the remaining competitors are covered with over 200,000 honeybees.

For the first stunt, the contestants must release flags from the edges of an eight-foot seesaw platform over 100 feet in the air. Then, the remaining competitors have five minutes to consume a penis from a deer, elk, bull or water buffalo.

Six celebrity contestants compete to earn up to $50,000 for their chosen charity. In their first stunt, the competitors must sit in a line of cars and find which of six keys starts their vehicle before a monster truck crushes the entire line.

It's hot for the first stunt as contestants play firefighter to rescue a dummy on the fourth floor of a building after putting out the fire. Then, the competitors must lie in a pit with over 3,000 scorpions and be the fastest to climb a rotating wall.

Stunt one is for the dogs as contestants attempt to avoid four trained attack dogs while making their way through an urban assault training building. Then, the competitors must stay in a room full of tear gas and drive a vehicle onto a moving car carrier.

Contestants release as many flags as they can while they hang by their ankles from trapeze attached to a helicopter. Then, the competitors get pierced by progressively thicker needles and have ten minutes to consume cheese crawling with maggots.

The contestants must find which of the four keys open two locks for a plexiglass cell that is being filled with water. Then, the competitors have 20 minutes to drink a three-pound ostrich egg and walk a spinning balance beam 100 feet in the air.

The contestants face a series of Christmas-themed challenges as they ride a motorized scooter across a balance beam 100 feet in the air, consume reindeer testicles and glass of 100-year-old eggnog, and escape a pool covered in a layer of plexiglass.

The contestants attempt to retrieve a flag from beneath a buoy after dropping from a helicopter. Then, the competitors have four minutes to eat ten live slugs and drink cow bile and connect two rooftops with a bridge of their own making.

The contestants are hung upside-down beneath a helicopter as they attempt to release their shackles. Then, the competitors are forced to eat a horse rectum and navigate a rectangular balance beam structure over 100 feet above the ground.

Over seven stories high, the contestants use their feet to roll a large plastic pipe from one rooftop to the other. Then, the competitors use their mouths to toss dead rats from behind a barricade and drive a car off a ramp and into a pool.

The contestants climb a rope ladder hanging from a spinning girder and cross monkey bars from one end to the other. Then, the competitors have to eat balut eggs, silkworm moth cocoons in brine and liquefied pig liver before attempting a stilt walk.

Four couples compete as teams as they save each other from a submerged plexiglass box, transfer mouthfuls of Madagascar hissing cockroaches to their partner and hold on to their spouses while being suspend upside-down 100 feet up in the air.

The contestants have to run on top of a narrow wheel as it spins high above the ground. Then, the competitors eat a slice of pizza consisting of bile-based crust, coagulated blood sauce and stinky cheese before freeing themselves from a cold water tank.

The contestants face a series of gross-out challenges as they bob for plastic rings in a vat containing over 50 gallons of cow blood, consume numerous tomato horn worms and crawl through a pitch-black drainage system containing roadkill skunks.

In this all-female episode, six woman must traverse two sides of a rotating square-shaped beam structure. Then, the ladies transfer six eels between tanks and attempt to stay on a barrel for the longest time while it hangs beneath a moving helicopter.

The contestants must jump a car off a ramp and clear the gap between two moving and slick flatbed trailers. Then, the competitors must free themselves from a coffin filled with 500 pounds of earthworms and transfer flags across a rotating tumbler.

The contestants attempt to climb a helicopter rope from a raft towed behind a speedboat. Then, the competitors must consume the spinal cord, spleen and snout of a cow after riding a mechanical bull and drop down the face of a 12-story building.

The contestants race around a unique go-kart track that is suspended over 100 feet in the air. Then, the competitors drink a glass of blended insects for every basketball shot they miss and unshackle themselves from a spinning platform in the water.

Six competitors take on daunting challenges in Las Vegas as they use ropes to swing themselves over Fremont Street, play the slots to learn which animal eyeball they must consume and climb out a hotel window to slide down the face of the building.

In the semi-final, 12 winning contestants face heart-stopping challenges to win a new 2004 Mazda RX-8 and advance to the final. They'll try to free themselves from a floating acrylic coffin, suck milk from a goat and escape from a helicopter-lifted box.
