In an alley near his home, ageing bachelor Seligman finds an unconscious woman covered in blood. Her name is Joe and she is a self-diagnosed nymphomaniac. While recovering in the kind stranger’s apartment, Joe begins to recount a history of her sexual life from her childhood to young adulthood.
