When Benjamin breaks a cervical vertebra in a serious accident, it is unclear whether he will ever be able to walk again. At the rehabilitation center, he meets friends who, like him, have to get used to a life in a wheelchair. Although their situation seems hopeless, they make the most of their situation. Together they draw new life courage, and Benjamin gets to know Samia.
