The Block Finals for Selection Project, an idol competition show, are about to begin, and Suzune Miyama is ready to take the stage! But it's every girl for herself this round, and her competition might prove too tough for her to beat.

Suzune, still disheartened by her results in the Block Finals, gets a surprise visit from Seira. Hoping to lift her spirits, Seira takes her out on the town, but discovers Suzune may not be ready to get back to singing just yet.

The idol hopefuls, now settled into the dorm, split into three teams to go head-to-head in the first round. Suzune's partner doesn't seem that interested in working with her, though...

It's the dance team's turn to shine! But tensions flare when passionate Hiromi takes charge, and the other members can't keep up with her. They've got to work together to perfect their routine--and come up with a catchy name.

The music team is the last team set to perform, but there's one problem--they aren't set to perform. When Uta wants to get it over with, and Shiori wants to polish her bass line, what's mild Mommy Mako to do?

Round 2 begins with an announcement: it's a swimsuit round! Everyone's excited to hit the beach and earn some yells, except for Suzune, and no one, save for Rena, seems to know why.

With Suzune threatening to drop out, the other eight idol hopefuls band together to bring her back into the fold. A conversation with Rena--and a letter from a fan--might be what inspires her to keep going.

The restrictions imposed on the final round present a new struggle for the nine finalists. As tensions flare, a surprise discovery threatens to tear Suzune and Rena--and the whole group--apart.

With Rena seemingly MIA, the girls -- and crew of the show -- discuss what they can do to help. The impending vote, however, only further sours the mood between everyone.

The shocking voting results split the group of nine apart. The disqualified contestants pick up the pieces and find a new way to continue--together.

The girls of 9-tie hit the streets to spread the word about their idol group. When the going gets tough, however, the tough get going!

9-tie is back at the studio for our final shot at stardom. When Suzune's fragile health threatens to cancel their performance, the other eight come together to save the day.
