When a growing Black-owned shopping center in a South Chicago neighborhood starts to experience many disappearances and deaths in its neighborhood, one enterprising veteran owner starts to wonder if the suspects might be the newcomers who have arrived (and brought the start of gentrification with them) or the new, charming women's boutique owner right next door to him.
