Tonight's brigade is four feisty amateur cooks from the Kent Fire Brigade. They're used to some tough call-outs, but can they cope with the heat of Ramsay's kitchen? Among the diners are pop group Girls Aloud and comedy legend Ronnie Corbett, who takes on Gordon in the recipe challenge.

Gordon confronts James May with a culinary test of his manliness. Actress and presenter Denise van Outen joins the diners in the restaurant as they sample a menu prepared by a brigade of Lancashire country girls.

Plus, the food snob with the big gob, Janet Street-Porter, challenges Gordon to take nose-to-tail eating one step further as she persuades him to sample a new superfood: blood.

A team of tough female police officers from Lancaster joins Gordon's kitchen to serve fifty hungry diners, and Gordon tries to bring Britain's most unpopular food back from the brink of extinction.

Gordon silences his lambs when he takes the flock to the abattoir. Cat Deeley is taught everything she needs to know about champagne and Gok Wan takes Gordon on in the recipe challenge.
