Rachel attempts to convince her mother that Hazelee's dad, Drew, is really going to rehab this time, only to find out that he was recently arrested. Brianna and her mother can't stop fighting over Brianna's new friend, and Kayla celebrates.

Kayla is skeptical when she gets a surprise phone call from Stephan's mom Annette asking to meet up. A call from Amour's dad in prison triggers Kiaya to consider finally making amends with his mom, Carla.

Things get physical during a heated confrontation between Kayla and Stephan's mom Annette. Kiaya reconciles with Amour's grandmother Carla, but is shocked when she finds out that Amour's father X'zayvon might still have feelings for her.

While still reeling from her fight with Stephan's mom, Kayla makes a big life decision for Iziah. A sad anniversary for Kiaya brings up some old feelings. And introducing Kayla J! She struggles to co-parent with her best friend.

Kayla wants Luke to choose between his family & going back to Iowa to play basketball. Meanwhile Kayla J and Makel quickly realize that coparenting their daughter will be harder than expected now that Kayla has issues with Makel bringing new women around.

Kayla's dream of a drama free future is crushed when an ex boyfriend pops up and says that he may actually be Iziah's dad. Rachel's fighting with her mom goes from bad to worse. And Kiaya attempts to be the peacemaker between her mom and Carla.

Rachel has some big plans for changing her life, but Stephanie questions if she's ready. Kayla agrees to confirm Izaiah's paternity with an old flame, exposing the cracks in her relationship with Luke.

Things go left when Kiaya's getaway weekend leads to a heated argument with Teazah. Rachel moves in with her friend, but still finds herself relying on her mom. And when Kayla J gives Makel a chance to step up when she decides to head out of town.

Rachel, Kiaya, Briana & Kayla meet up to film segments for the Teen Mom reunion. Kayla confides that drama at home has gotten worse between her & Luke. Briana gets grilled by Doctor Drew about her relationship with her mom.

An altercation between Kiaya & Teazha's family forces Teazha to question who her true family is. Kayla & Luke continue to navigate drama. The future is unclear for Madisen & Christian, but a sudden change in living arrangements forces them to make peace.

Kiaya connects with Amour's dad in prison and realizes that they may not be on the same page when it comes to co-parenting. Luke & Kayla want to end the drama with Luke's family. Brianna confronts her mom about spending too much time with Braeson.

Madisen and Christian drive to Arkansas and stop in Tennessee to visit Rachel and celebrate Hazelee's 3rd birthday. Brianna worries about sending Braeson to a school that banned LGBTQ and BLM. Kayla decides that she and Luke should live separately.

The Moms are all invited to LA for a photo shoot, but a misunderstanding leads to a fight that pits Kayla and Rachel against each other. Kayla gets upsetting news about her son Izaiah. Kiaya shares concerns about X'Zayveon being released from prison.

Brianna worries that Braeson may need some additional help with his missing limb. After Christian misses Camille's 2nd birthday. Rachel trys to plan a family vacation to Florida and X'Zayveon comes home from prison and sees Amour for the very first time.

Brianna takes Braeson to his first occupational therapy appointment. Madisen decides to stay in Arkansas. Rachel breaks up with Noah. Kiaya and Teazha open their home to X'Zayveon, and Kayla and Luke's relationship finally comes to an end.
