The Authority of the court, Judge Nancy, is fed up with the cycle of destructive choices among Female offenders that's overcrowding the prison systems and she decides to do something about it. Judge Nancy orders 8 women to attend a program called CHANCE before they can be released into the free world. The Women are given a choice between prison or a rehab center. They choose C.H.A.N.C.E
