Gerrard Gosens is set to become the first totally blind person to swim 34+ km across the English Channel from Dover to France. Facing cold, rough waters, he'll swim in sync with a team of guide swimmers. Fewer than 3,000 people have completed this challenge since 1875, and more have climbed Everest. Gerrard, who previously attempted Everest, aims to inspire others with this feat.
