Diesel Power Challenge

The Diesel Power Challenge 2014 kicks off with 10 reader-selected trucks strapped down for the chassis dyno competition held at ATS Diesel.

Day two of Diesel Power Challenge 2014 sees the drivers' skills put to the test in a CDL-style obstacle course where each truck maneuvers a 10,000-pound tractor-carrying trailer.

On Day three of Diesel Power Challenge 2014 , 10 reader-selected trucks head to Bandimere Raceway as the contenders hook a utility trailer and tow 10,000-pounds through a single 1/8-mile dragstrip pass.

On Day Four of Diesel Power Challenge 2014, the 10 reader-selected trucks continue at Bandimere Raceway with the 1/4-mile drag race in Quick 8 format.

The 10 reader-selected trucks fill up their tanks on Day Five to test fuel economy before hitching up to the pulling sled in an attempt to haul it as far as possible on a packed-down mud track in their final challenge event.
