When a briefcase containing files revealing the Organized Crime Unit (OCU) top informants and investigations is stolen, the intelligence agency’s existence, the lives of the informants are all at risk. The files come into the hands of Jimmy Reardon, the head of a West Coast Canadian crime family who wants to make a deal with the multi-jurisdictional investigative organization.

International drug trafficker Jimmy Reardon tries to get his grower-turned-snitch, Bill, out of the country. O.C.U. (Organized Crime Unit) Director, Mary Spalding, is being groomed for a position at CSIS, though pressure is mounting to prove Reardon's value as an informer.

O.C.U. boss Mary Spalding tries to infiltrate Jimmy Reardon's criminal organization by placing an undercover operator inside his strip-club. Reardon attempts damage control after learning his impulsive brother Michael ordered the hit on the snitch, Bill.

O.C.U. Deputy Director, Ted Altman, tries to convince the DEA to go after Reardon. Reardon's unstable ex-wife Francine looks into getting sole custody of their daughter, Stella. Michael redeems himself when he prevents a murder at the strip-club.

Reardon launches a new money laundering system for his expanding criminal empire. Mary begins surveillance on the Mole in her wire room. The DEA are on-side for a reverse sting to entrap Reardon. The CSIS Director Mary is being groomed to replace wants Ted to set up some wire in Mary's apartment.

Reardon's money laundering operation leads to conflict with a biker gang. Mary wants Reardon's help in tracking an arms shipment to Africa, but he refuses unless she helps him in his battle with the bikers. Mary investigates her Mole's past, with deadly consequences.

Mary's probe into security leaks leads all the way to Ottawa. Reardon's lawyer tries to convince Reardon to set up his own bank. Mary tries to get Deakins, the CSIS leak, suspended. Reardon's rip on the bikers' money courier ends in violence.

Reardon buys a dope shipment from an undercover agent. Mary decides to work with Deakins in order to go after a bigger target in CSIS. Mary discovers the DEA are working with a high profile Mexican drug trafficker/gun runner, Luiz Falcone.

The DEA begin tracking Reardon's US dope shipment. Mary begins her play to go after CSIS director Royden. Falcone puts in a big gun order with Bingham. Reardon meets with the bikers about a truce and a business proposition.

Mary conflicts with Ottawa over how to handle the American mole, Royden. Reardon's stateside weed distributor is swept up in the DEA sting. Dante, leader of the bikers, is determined to find out if Reardon had anything to do with the death of his nephew.

Reardon tries to uncover who within CSIS is planning to out him as an informant. Without support from Ottawa, Mary is forced to try and remove Royden, the American mole, herself. Reardon heads to the States where the DEA trap awaits him.
