Black Widows

Best friends Rebecka, Johanne, and Kira are at a weekend at a summer cottage in Norway with their husbands when the men board their fishing boat and it explodes without warning.

Rebecka, Kira and Johanne sense that they still have the police on their tail. They decide to get rid of all the evidence.

When prime suspect Rami is found dead, the investigation takes a turn into a bigger crime story with murder, blackmail, and illegal trade.

It's time for the funeral and the three friends try their best to act as mourning widows.

Rebecka is still in shock that she saw her dead husband Jesper - alive. She tries to tell the widows but becomes worried about what solution they would suggest.

Johanne has no idea that she is in danger when she negotiates with Pharmateca. When she thinks she's in control of the situation, everything suddenly falls apart.

Widow Johanne unexpectedly meets the Norwegian police Peter Vesselö and the chemistry between them is almost palpable.

Johanne now has a gun aimed at her and her life is hanging by as thread. Rebecka ponders if she should go back to Jesper. Meanwhile, Kira falls deeper and deeper, how will she get her life back in order?
