When Raza Shar is arrested, Detective Gabe Waters and his new partner Detective Holly Morten identify him as a potential informant for London’s Counter Terrorism Special Unit (CTSU) and coerce him into helping stop a potential attack.

Gabe needs Raza to get closer to Dadir, the brother of Yousef, his murdered informant. A nervous Raza struggles with his new role as Gabe pushes him further to find  ‘Big Shot’, but instead of invading Dadir’s life, Raza finds Dadir invading his.

The toll of Raza’s double life begins to weigh heavily on him. He leads CTSU to an Albanian Crime family, the Gramos. Meanwhile, Gabe runs into a ghost from his past and his behaviour piques Holly's interest.

The CTSU team mount a surveillance operation on their possible ‘Big Shot’ with Raza at its center. Gabe visits a contact from his undercover days, worrying his bosses at CTSU. Dadir drags Raza deeper into danger when he hunts for his brother’s killer.

Holly's curiosity reveals an uncomfortable truth about Gabe's undercover past and her probing unwittingly leads to his two worlds colliding. A new lead opens CTSU up to a line of investigation that puts Raza directly in the line of fire.

The terrostis cell is exposed and the final tragic details surrounding the attack on Café 66 are revealed. The aftermath of each is deeply painful for both Gabe and Raza and both find their lives forever changed.
