The great-great-grandson of Baron Victor Frankenstein is working as a doctor at General Hospital where he has duplicated his ancestor's lab in the basement. His dim-witted assistant Iggy mistakenly steals the brain of a food and sex-starved teenager instead of a genius with the resulting Monster wreaking havoc throughout the hospital.
