The couples in the building celebrate Valentine's Day and send each other bouquets of flowers. Emilio tries to win Belén back, Juan to win Isabel, Fernando wants to have a detail with Mauri and Yago with Lucía.

Emilio and Belén cheat the insurance company and get the money. They decide to run away and start a new life, far from the neighbors. Manolo has returned with the intention of getting Marisa back, but she wants nothing to do with him.

The police find Belén and Emilio in the Bahamas and extradite them to Spain, where they are taken to court. Meanwhile, things continue to get complicated at the Cuesta home, especially for Juan.

Rafael has bought the video store and gives Paco a month to set up a profitable business. He is also trying to take over Carlos' apartment but someone has already done it.

Mamen, Higinio's wife, invites all the neighbors to a dinner at her house to get to know each other better. Meanwhile, Belén, who is still seeing the psychologist, feels remorse for cheating on Emilio and tries to break up with him.

Juan and Isabel prepare their trip to the Canary Islands. Yago and Natalia agree to go with them, but José Miguel manages to stay alone and throw a party to win Candela's heart.

Mamen's house is to become the set of a cookie commercial, but at the last minute, the agency changes its mind and decides that the Cuesta's kitchen is less artificial and that they will shoot it there.

Marisa and Concha decide to leave Vicenta and go to a nursing home, where they now have everything. In the meantime, Vicenta has been given a fake fifty-euro bill.

Rafael asks Emilio to clean the apartment because he is going to leave it to a friend of his, ''a very important gentleman'', for a meeting with his lover. As soon as they find out, the neighbors stand guard to find out who it is.

The Cuestas are still doing some work on their house and Mariano decides to take advantage of the opportunity to make some repairs to the porter's lodge. He knocks down a partition wall and the bones of a human skeleton appear.

Father Miguel rents Paco the back room of the video store to set up a pirate radio station. Marisa, Vicenta and Concha take the opportunity to make a "radio" program. Belén and Paco continue their relationship.

On the day of Paloma's funeral, the old women prepare a special program to cover the event. Meanwhile the family of the deceased, as well as some of the neighbors, go to the morgue where Paloma will be cremated.

Emilio and Belén need money immediately to pay the lawyer and they hand out wedding invitations to the neighbors, including a fake wedding list with expensive gifts.

Emilio and Belén rehearse the argument they plan to perform at the altar, at the last minute, to cancel the wedding. The ceremony is the next day, but two hours before, both have to attend the pending trial for fraud.

Belén and Emilio hide at Loli guesthouse for a week because the neighbors think they are on their honeymoon at the beach. But Paco, increasingly jealous, discovers the wedding deception and tells everyone.
