When Gordon uncovers the root of the restaurant's problems, he pushes the owner to confront the changes needed to save both her business and her team.

Slow service, an inexperienced staff and half-baked leadership have Borelli's Pizzeria crumbling. Gordon makes a shocking discovery about the personal struggles affecting the owner and helps put both the owner's well-being and the restaurant on the path to recovery.
