A young bank owner hires two kung fu masters to teach him their arts. When it's later revealed that these so-called masters are con men who have taught phony kung fu methods to the bank owner, real thugs have already moved into town and started causing trouble. With the bank owner's confidence shattered, he enlists the aid of a poor, blind street musician to teach him true kung fu.
