Ian starts work on a custom all-aluminum Land Rover Defender that sits on top of a Jeep JK chassis. The Cummins R2.8 engine will be the cherry on top.

Work continues on the aluminum Defender. This time, Ian gets more of the drivetrain in place and gets the project sitting on its new wheels and tires.

Ian doesn't keep anything stock, so he creates his own short bed Jeep Gladiator by transforming a Jeep JK with a Gladiator truck bed.

This is a go-anywhere vehicle. A 1998 Chevy T6500 will be the ultimate rig for towing, overlanding and motorhoming.

Ian makes a ton of custom parts to finish the work on the All-Aluminum Defender project. He builds a one-off exhaust and a bumper to hold the new winch, then bends up some tube for the EXO roll cage.

Ian takes a cheap Mercedes 300D and gets it ready for a local Gambler 500 rally. After making the car somewhat drivable, he makes room for bigger wheels and tires, adds a roof rack to hold everything, and bolts on way too many lights.

Since the Bronco is back, Ian pays homage to the very cool box-style Bronco of the past. He helps with the handling by adding an upgraded suspension, and adds new bumpers for a more aggressive look. Plus, he fixes some gremlins in the inline-six motor.

Ian shows you how you can take a factory two-door Toyota Tacoma and make it the perfect off-road truck with the right axles and suspension.

Ian continues the Tacoma project, but this time he completely reshapes the truck with a fiberglass body kit and truck cap, then cuts out the rear window to give it a vintage 4Runner look.

It's time for a road trip, and this time Ian takes the All-Aluminum Defender on the Kentucky Adventure Trail. He and group of buddies will find off-road parks, caves and mountain climbs along the way, and there are sure to be some road-side repairs.
