Stephen Fanuka is taking on two projects -- one in a 1950s apartment in New York City and another at a house in the suburbs.

Supermodel Erin Heatherton enlists Stephen Fanuka to install a super luxe bathroom in her NYC pad. Erin wants to pull out all the stops as she's settling down, from a Japanese soaking tub to a steam shower and custom vanity.

Stephen Fanuka is on a tight deadline to turn two apartments into one in 150 days. He thinks he can get it done just in time, but the client keeps requesting upgrades to their Upper West Side oasis, which slows down progress.

Stephen Fanuka treks out to Long Island to build a custom kitchen island. He remembers that the client used to have chickens before a fox took them, so he builds her a chicken coop complete with two hens from his own father.
