Sathuyki (Manoj Kumar) who is the son of a police officer and an advocate, he helps people solve their issues. Once, while doing so, he gets caught by his own father. Meanwhile, he falls in love with an MBBS student named Punya (Ranjani Raghavan), at first sight, and they end up settling together, until a day comes where Sathuyki starts revealing his true colours.
