In the near future, the city has been reduced to a dystopian wasteland due to the scourge of 'Hype,' a powerful narcotic that induces a simultaneous euphoric and aggressive state in its users. One night whilst reminiscing about their lost youth, Vietnam veteran Fred and his military buddies must defend their local VFW post against a deranged 'Hype' dealer and his relentless army of mutant punks.
