John Strock, a Federal Investigator for the U.S. Government, is sent to investigate strange events happening in a remote part of the country. Numerous attempts on his life are made to stop him, as he follows clues to the Science Institute and a renegade Scientist. The brilliant Professor has become a madman with an apocalyptic scheme that can only be stopped by a final confrontation.
