At a party, Fico meets Manolo, an old school friend, rogue and globetrotter, who is on the run from a mafia that is chasing him. In order to take refuge in his friend's splendid house, Manolo fakes a strange illness, which will set off a series of crazy entanglements that will change everyone's life. They will soon realize that, except for friendship, everything else is an illusion.
