A local moneylender takes away an eight-year-old boy's pet donkey in lieu of an unpaid loan. When the boy goes to retrieve it, he encounters Idrees, a teenager who misleads him and hands him a packaged grenade to carry across the mountains on his onward journey. Will Tahaan become a victim of terrorism or will he be saved from taking innocent lives.
