Los Angeles. Jose Garci was murdered waiting outside his girlfriend's house in his vehicle. Brenda Sierra was walking to school when she was kidnapped by suspects.

Cleveland. Jermayne Mitchell was killed near his apartment. Gwen Bewley was found murdered after neighbors saw smoke. A 23-year-old victim was murdered in a case of what is believe mistaken identity.
