The Hidden Film Archive of Eva Braun

The Hidden Film Archive of Eva Braun

Eva Braun, Hitler's companion, captured life at the Berghof and her private travels on her 16 mm camera. The footage, now held in the U.S. National Archives, was never intended for public viewing. After her suicide on April 30, 1945, in the Reich Chancellery bunker, the film reels were long considered lost before resurfacing in the United States.
