Georgia, Kit, Rosie, and Jack spend their 1st day on the job at Attaway General.

While Jack and Holden bond, Kit tries to prove she's the best volunteer and Georgia gets a warning about Will. Then, a familiar face checks into Attaway General and offers Kit some relationship advice while Jack faces some troubles of his own.

An old friend of Jack's reveals his secrets to Kit while Will faces a crossroads in his relationship. Then, the volunteers are tested by a VIP patient while Georgia faces new heart ache in her relationship with Will.

Things don't go as planned when Georgia and Kit throw an impromptu prom for all the patients and volunteers.
