Paramedic, John Morris (Scott Wolf) lives under a cloud of guilt after he was unable to save his daughter's life from drowning but when he takes part in a mysterious charged-water experiment he begins to revisit his daughter through past memories in a dreamlike world. Through this healing process, memories that were once filled with guilt begin to speak truth and give him the courage to carry on.
