After a notorious serial killer apprehended by police, small town law enforcer Michael Martens journeys to where he is being held in order to interrogate him. Martens suspects the man of the abduction and murder of a child from his village and while he seems to be making more progress than the officers that arrested him, it soon becomes evident that it may be at a price.
