A Week To My Wedding

Maeve O'Hara from Mayo and Brendan Kenny from Tipperary met in Galway in 2011. Long-distance romance ensued with them eventually settling in London but there was never a doubt about coming home to Ireland for the wedding. With Brendan in charge of the final preparations and Maeve bringing her wedding dress on a cross country journey, the last week promises to be full of drama and surprises!

Sinead Haugh and Keith McFarlane are childhood sweethearts reunited over a decade on from their first go at romance. Sparks flew when Keith's sister secretly invited Sinead to his surprise 30th birthday party and the rest has been history. With children they are keen to involve in the build up to the wedding day, their last week before the walk down the aisle promises to be jam packed with family!

Sinéad and Paul first met in Navan. Ten years and one baby later, the couple are planning an ambitious DIY wedding on the grounds of Sinéad's family home. With a marquee, a karaoke campervan that needs decoration and wildflowers that are less than cooperative in blooming, this wedding reception doesn't simply guarantee a day to remember but also a hectic week that will be hard to forget!

Waterford couple Roisin and Darren met at a friend's wedding and Roisin has been planning their wedding day since Darren proposed over a year ago. With Darren working most of the week, Roisin will be in charge of all the final preparations; including getting their Golden Labrador, Roxie, ready to walk up the aisle as their ring bearer and their two daughters ready to walk up as flower babies.

Clinical Nurse Manager Laura and Postman Mick met on a night out eleven years ago when Laura was celebrating the end of her exams. The week leading up to their big day will see the Dublin couple finalising table plans, collecting suits, packing for honeymoon and collecting wedding rings. Laura may be the epitome of the organised bride but will she be able to keep Mick on track.

With a keen interest in musical theatre the final couple in the series really pushed the boat out when it came to planning their wedding day. Róisín knew almost immediately that she was going to marry Nicky. Following Nicky's proposal a year ago, the couple started planning to celebrate the occasion.
